Lovely Italian house with a fabulous view.

The house is situated on the outside of the lovely village of Farindola, with its old historical centre picturesque situated on top of a hill.

The village is situated just outside of the very beautiful national park of the Gran Sasso (Parco Nazional di Gran Sasso). There you still can enjoy the pure and beautiful nature, the clean air and lovely plants and the animal wildlife (bears, wolves, dears, birds etc)

The house has a lovely garden with lots of (nuts) trees on terraces.

Just below the garden there is the river. In summer there is a natural swimming pool where you can freshen yourself and there are some lovely pick nick places.

 

The house

On the ground floor there is an entrance, a large and complete furnished kitchen with a fireplace, a large living room, a bathroom with a bath and a bedroom with 2 beds above each other.

On the first floor there are 2 large sized double bedrooms (where can be put extra beds) and a bathroom.

On the first floor you also find the beautiful and large terrace with the fabulous view on the mountains in the national park, the river and the surroundings.

All rooms have a splendid view to the environment with mountains and hills.

 

On request there can be places extra beds for € 50 extra per bed per week.

Normally the house is for 6 persons, 8 will be maximum.

For less persons the price will be adjusted.

 

Activities

In the neighbourhood there are shops, bars and restaurants.

The food in Abruzzo is a real enjoy. Only for enjoying the food in the restaurants you should want to be in Abruzzo.

 

Further: wandering, cycling, mountain sports, waterspouts (fishing, swimming, beach), but also enjoying one of the many regional parties in the villages or just relax and enjoy the good Italian life.

 

Distances with the car to the beach 35 min, to the cross country ski area 15 min, to the Ski area 45 min, to the airport Pescara 35 min, swimming in the river 1 min, centre of the village 1 min, National Park 1 min, Rome 2,5 hour.

Minimum low season price for usage with 2 persons is € 450

Maximum high season price for usage with 8 persons is € 800.

For other months than August there will be a discount for a period longer than 2 weeks. Sheets are included. Cleaning cost € 50. Day of arrival: Saturday
